1 STANDARD ITEMS:

1.1 GUARANTEE PERIOD
The product is guaranteed for one year commencing from the date of the purchase invoice. All services beyond the said guarantee period will be charged.

1.2 LIABILITIES
The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage to any person or property, howsoever caused arising from improper use, or any stoppage, breakdown or failure of the product.

2 END USER’S RESPONSIBILITIES:

2.1 Warranty Registration 
Please complete the online warranty registration within 14 days from the date of purchase. The end user is required to present the official purchase invoice or redemption slip issued by the dealers of Hong Kong to our technician for verification when service is rendered.

2.2 LOCATION 
The Company does not provide on-site service, customer is responsible for the transportation of the product to and from our Service Centre for repair.

2.3 Service centre address: Unit 1206, 12/F., Eastern Harbour Centre, 28 Hoi Chak Street, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. (MTR-"Quarry Bay" station, exit C)

2.4 Service hour: MON-FRI: 9:00am-1:00pm, 2:00pm-6:00pm, SAT: 9:00am-1:00pm, close on Sunday and public holiday.

3 CHARGEABLE ITEMS:
Guarantee service does not cover the following items. Additional charges shall be levied if services are required:

3.1 Cleansing, repair or replacement of accessories (including remote control unit, filter, adaptor, battery, power cord, power plug, accessories, non-durable parts and housing enclosure and etc.).

3.2 The product has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tampered with, altered or repaired in any way by persons other than technicians of the Company.

3.3 The product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, power interruption, natural calamities or accident or external factors.

3.4 Removal and reinstatement of any decorations or facilities hindering the service work of the product.

3.5 No on-site service will be provided.

3.6 The normal operation of the product is affected by improper installation of the product set.

3.7 If the product used for industrial or commercial purpose.

4 ENGLISH/ CHINESE VERSION:

In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and Chinese version of the terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
